Our Pastor
Our Pastor is Dr. William J. Boyd. He will celebrate his fifth anniversary with us this past Easter. He and his wife Beverly have been married for 32 years, and have six children, and seven grandchildren. Both of them are counselors and have a variety of training and experience. Beverly holds a Bachelors of Biblical Studies and a Real Estate license while Pastor Boyd holds two earned doctorates, and three other degrees from both private and state institutions.
Beverly became a Christian at an early age because of her families exposure to and service in various Baptist churches. Pastor Boyd was converted while attending the University of Cincinnat in 1978.
The Boyds have served churches in Ohio and Georgia, and Dr. Boyd has held staff positions in several Christian colleges. He is the author of 6 Christian books, and numerous Christian studies and curriculums.
